As you can imagine, we are just awestruck at God's goodness to us. Baby Thompson is really consuming my thoughts at the moment. This is what he/she looks like now, 5 weeks old. I am enjoying this journey again, this time with two very excited little girls, seeing how God is knitting our little one together.
" For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you,when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them."
Psalm 139: 13-16
This passage has been the meditation of my heart - it's just such a wonderful thought that this baby is in God's hands, and that He has planned every day of this child's life - isn't that just awesome?!? Praise the LORD!
